Any child can learn given the right information, support and encouragement, to succeed to whatever level they may aspire.

Recognised for her attention to detail and emphasis on tone production, Belinda focuses on the performance results of a solid based technique, good posture and excellent bowing skills. In her studio are Tempo Musician Chairs designed for comfort and good posture.

She teaches young children from 4 years old, using the Suzuki method, through the AMEB Grade system, to Year 12 extension music course.

She regularly prepares her students for AMEB, Youth Orchestra and tertiary entrance level exams.

Participation in Eisteddfod competitions, performances at school and at home are encouraged. If time permits end of term concerts are held to give performance experience before parents and friends.

Being a highly skilled performer Belinda brings experience to all facets of cello playing as her extensive and varied repertoire accommodates all genres of music, her students are never without new and exciting pieces to play.

Belinda also enjoys teaching adults with the view to improving their skill based reading and fluency combined with the love and appreciation of music.

Belinda's air conditioned studio is situated on the banks of the Nerang River at Queensland's Gold Coast. It is quiet and tranquil, a perfect learning environment.
